Jan is a Ph.D. educator with over 20 years experience in the software industry. His experience covers the gamut of management, development, QA, and even technical writing. Jan has worked in traditional waterfall shops as well as Agile environments in which the methodology and processes were both very well and very poorly implemented. Drawing upon this long and varied experience, he brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to every training session as well as a passion for the power of Agile to transform both the software industry and the software development profession into the economic engine of the 21st century.
